Fee details will be made available in your seller dashboard or agreement.
Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed in cases of disputes or policy violations.
Buyers may return items in accordance with our return and refund policy.
You are responsible for accepting valid returns and issuing refunds or replacements as needed.
In case of disputes, ortakoza will act as a mediator. Our decision will be final to protect the integrity of the platform.
As a seller on ortakoza, you must:
Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and issues.
Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or unethical business practices.
Comply with all tax obligations in your country or region.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you list do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. Listings found to be in violation may be removed without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account without notice if:
You violate these Terms or any platform policies.
You engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
We receive consistent complaints or reports about your store or products.
ortakoza is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the seller platform. We do not guarantee any specific sales performance or customer traffic.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the seller platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
